TurningShop.com  - Home of Harding Pens and Woodturnings
This Page is about my  workshop. I make my pens, wood turnings and crafts here.
My budget is limited, so many tools and jigs, I made. I made the work bench, saw
cabinet, drill jig, tool racks, and some of the turning tools.
There is a separate page on my
home made dust collector, and another on my buffer
created from a modified Ryobi lathe.
Thanks for visiting my website,

Above is my new Lathe, to the right my drill press.
Below is my table saw and sander.
The drill has my jig for drilling pen blanks, the
sander has my jig for squaring the blanks. The
benches, jigs and fences are all made in this shop.

Below is my set-up for drilling blanks. I
use a gage block on it's end  and
clamped to the drill press table. A
quick release clamp is used to hold
the blank to the block.

My Workshop
This is my old lathe. I  modified it to make it shorter,
then set it up as a buffer. The buffing creates the
beautiful gloss finish that make the wood grain seem
to jump out at you. For more info on my lathe-buffer,
